I'm only guessing, but I'm guessing it's the same kind of motivation that Millwall have when they sing, 'no-one likes us, we don't care'.. By flying a flag they are just saying, 'you calls us the Yids, well, how's that for Yiddishness?'.' I don't think there's anything political in it at all. They are just revelling in their Spursiness and laughing at everyone else's expense.
However, I suppose they ought to be prevented, not because it isn't funny, because to most of us football fans (setting aside our rivalry) it is, but to discourage the response of other dick-heads who don't get it.

So what "law" was Jesus talking about fulfilling, then? And that's far from being the only reference to the OT in the NT.
And why do all significant Christian churches put the OT in their Bibles, and have done since circa 300 AD?

Under the definition signed up to by virually everyone, even the Labour Party, criticism of the Israeli state is NOT anti-Semitism. Criticism of the Israeli state using different standards or criteria than would be used by judging the actions of another state is, however, anti-Semitism.
Galloway's Tweet, in itself, absolutely does not qualify as anti-Semitic. I don't know if he has Tweeted other stuff before that does, but I can't see he should be sacked for this. Knowing, as we do, that he loves the Arabs, isn't enough.

Any criticism of the Old Testament, the first bit of the Christian Bible, is also a criticism of Judaism, or at least the older versions of it.
It takes stupidity of an immense degree* to not see the Christian debt to Judaism. Even Islam has a debt to it.
